The technical side of the website (hosting, visit statistics) is handled by Artur Kuś, acting as a data processor for that narrow scope only. He has no access to booking content or session-related correspondence.

2. How are sessions booked?

The website has no contact form. Sessions are booked through direct email or phone contact with Żaklina Małolepsza — outside this website's technical infrastructure. That correspondence is not stored or processed by the website.

3. Health data

Taking part in a session may require considering information about injuries, mobility limitations, pregnancy, or other health matters. These are special categories of data under GDPR (Article 9).

Please do not send such information by email or phone when booking. Health matters relevant to a safe session are discussed verbally, directly before the meeting, and are not recorded or stored by the website.

4. Visit statistics

The website collects an aggregated count of visits to individual subpages, without cookies and without the ability to identify users. Details are available on the page popularity page.

An IP address is used briefly (in process memory, for at most an hour) to distinguish unique visits. It may also be technically recorded in standard web server logs, used solely for security and outage diagnostics.

5. Purposes and legal bases

• booking and conducting the session, including accounting for reported health limitations — Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent given verbally before the session),
• analyzing the aggregated popularity of site content — the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A chosen colour theme may be stored locally in the browser solely to remember that preference.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests regarding session-related data can be sent to zaklina.malolepsza@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
